Overview

This is a 6 month FTC position.

You will be part of our successful Accounts Payable team based at our Coventry Office. 

AP consists of a team of 12 and you will work closely with our UK and International Team Leaders

With the support of two Analysts, this role is responsible for the timely payment of Property costs across the Mountain Warehouse Group.

The scope includes base rent, turnover rent, service charges and business rates across 380 UK and International stores.

You will work very closely with our colleagues in the Property Dept and our Financial Reporting team.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and approve rent related invoices against our central database
  • Manage our weekly payment runs and reconciliations
  • Resolve account / landlord queries with our Property Dept.
  • Provide management reporting of aged creditors, cash forecasting and productivity

  • A passion for Accounts Payable
  • Previous Team Leader experience
  • Experience of systems implementations
