Overview
This is a Hybrid Role, and currently only requires 1 day a week in the office.
Reporting into one of our team leaders, you will support in the processing of our UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Island payroll whilst completing a level 3 payroll apprenticeship. 20% of your working week will be spent on studying and training.
What you'll be doing
- Inputting new starters into our payroll system or supplying the information to our payroll vendors.
- Processing leavers.
- Administering contractual changes & employees personal data changes.
- Liaising with payroll vendors and stakeholders around the business.
- Monitoring the payroll mailbox and replying to emails in a timely manner.
- Wagestream administration.
- Timesheet processing.
- Production of P45's, P60's and other year-end reports.
- Any other duties that are required to be filled by the payroll department.
- RTI & EPS filing to HMRC.
