Head office - London, United Kingdom

This vacancy is now closed

Description

We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing central London People Team. This role will see you supporting head office. The recruitment team will consist a TA Administrator, two Talent Acquisition Advisors, a Talent Acquisition Partner (Head Office) and a Recruitment Manager (Retail).

Our business is constantly growing; this will mean looking after a large case load of hard-to-fill roles in Head Office. This is an amazing opportunity to establish yourself in an in-house talent role and to really make it your own. As part of the ‘People team’ we are 'Quirky', 'Energetic', 'Hardworking' and 'Informal' – We would love someone to come on board as soon as possible!

Communication is key. We do not have many systems and much of our work is manual. Informing hiring managers, managing expectations, prioritising workload and vacancies, and communicating with the business is vital.

If you are a people person, can cope with ambiguity, and you are looking for the next step into your HR career and recruitment specialism, then we’d love to hear from you!
