Our Supervisors are an important part of our store management teams. You’ll take an active part in leading and motivating the flock to maximise sales potential whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
You are a hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate person with some experience of engaging and developing the flock. You understand KPIs, targets and the importance of what each sale can contribute to your store’s success. You love visual merchandising, and having fun with products…we are “rammed” full of wonder.
We would like to hear from people who are looking to progress their career in retail management. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, or you may be a senior Sales Assistant who has led a flock, wishing to take the next step in their career.
Ewe will also need to have:
- Similar experience, from a fast-paced retail environment
- Great people skills, you may have been a team leader with a flock
- Good organisational skills
- A passion for selling and customer interaction
- Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
- Experience of stationery, gifts or lifestyle would be of huge advantage
