Overview
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for the reconciliation of 120 + accounts which are reconciled at least weekly.
The team focusses on 2 key areas:
- Bank accounts and Retail transactions
- Online accounts e.g. eBay, PayPal, web sales
We are in the process of implementing a reconciliation tool (Adra) which enables us to auto reconcile transactions and allowing the team to focus on exceptions, reporting and completion of reconciliations to our deadlines.
What you'll be doing
- Be responsible for the reconciling of specific accounts in Adra and other ad-hoc accounts
- Provide monthly reconciliations including a review sign off process with management
- Identify process improvements including matching rules
- Provide reporting to internal customers
We'd love to meet someone with
- Past experience in using Bank reconciliation platforms, e.g Blackline, Trintech, Adra
- 1-2 years’ experience working within a Finance team
- Experience of on-line high-volume reconciliations and identification / resolution differences
- Experience of international bank reconciliations and using various on-line banking tools.
