Work all year round - in our store during the summer and then work from the comfort of your home in the winter in our customer care centre. We are excited to be able to offer this unique dual role to those are passionate about customers and want to see how they can support customer service from both sides of the business.

About the role  

Our Sales Assistants are the key people in our stores; the first point of contact with our customers. You’ll be an important part of the store team!  

In our customer care centre, you will deal with customers across our phone, chat, and email system. You will be on hand to help resolve our customer issues and make a lasting impression on the customer.  

 

Your day will involve  

  • Customer Service; creating a great shopping experience 
  • Talking to customers through phone, chat and email 
  • Replenishing the store 
  • Housekeeping 
  • Visual standards 
  • Learning, developing and sharing your product knowledge 
  • Being a Brand Ambassador!  

  

About you  

We are looking for someone with…  

  • A passion for selling and talking to people  
  • Enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude  
  • An eye for detail, and with high standards 
  • Excellent timekeeping 
  • Great people skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • A laptop would be desirable, but not essential
  • An interest in what we sell and what we do!
