Overview
Providing support to the Inventory Control Manager working to improve our stockfile accuracy and ensure all data presented to the business is thorough.
What you'll be doing
- Produce analysis reporting on stock takes.
- Produce accurate, detailed and thorough retail facing communications for stores relating to transfers and RTWs.
- Produce analysis reporting on transfers and RTWs.
- Subject matter expert on stock transfer processes.
- First line support on queries and questions from retail teams around inventory queries.
- Ensure stock transfers systemically reflect the physical movements.
- Produce high quality reliable documentation for head office and retail teams.
- Analysing data to improve stockfile accuracy.
We'd love to meet someone with
- Numeracy and analytical skills
- Communication / Presentation Skills / Influencing Skills
- Strong IT skills – confident in all Microsoft Office Programmes, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with confidence working and under pressure. Able to act with pace – the ability to be reactive and meet strict deadline.

We would like to meet someone from a retail background preferably with experience the inventory control sector although we would also consider those with a background in logistics, branch trading/planning and core merchandising.
