Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business in the Design team as Junior Creative Artworker.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative artworker with strong skills in POS and Print collateral for our stores. As an Artworker you will help design and artwork promotional material to supply the entire retail estate for multiple regions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Art-working POS for stores, generating formats requested, following brand guidelines.
  • Formatting and helping to artwork window assets for campaigns.
  • Regularly researching competition and reviewing store POS to ensure we are promoting our product in the most commercial and impactful way.
  • Setting up print ready artwork and uploading for print.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure good communication.

We’d love to meet someone with

  • Proficiency in adobe software (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • 1+ years Creative industry experience with commercial eye with an engaging design portfolio demonstrating POS experience ideally in retail.
  • Basic knowledge of materials and printing processes.
  • A determination to achieve and succeed
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
  • Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
