Who are we? Well, we are a UK brand who has been established for 25years and have a very strong market presence with 370+ stores and over 3000 employees. Our teams spread across the UK, Europe, Poland, Germany, Canada, USA, Austria and New Zealand. Currently we have 19 stores in NZ and aim to reach to 30 in 2023 with the help of our teams, HO support, staff training, and progression opportunities.

We couldn’t have achieved such great success thus far without our people, so culture and work life balance are very important to us. A bit about the role:

Assistant Store Managers are the heart of our business, and we couldn't continue to grow without them. We hope they aspire to want to become a part of our store manager family one day and will support them on this journey. 

As an assistant store manager you are responsible for driving a successful store through sales, KPIs, Visuals and people. 
You will achieve this by supporting the store manager in leading, developing and inspiring your team. In an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customers, who often have a real passion for the outdoors. They require a great looking store and a team that can deliver a high level of customer service, sharing their own passion or experiences and helping everyone enjoy the great outdoors. 
We’re all Brand Ambassadors here! Never fear though, we support all the above being achieved through our hands on and online development and training. 

Who are you?

Having the right attitude is the first tick for us! Alongside this we are looking for passionate and driven people with some leadership experience. Organisational skills, a friendly nature, great work ethics, a flair for Visual Merchandising and the ability to welcome a challenge and embrace change are all key qualities we strive to obtain in our team. We’d love you to maybe have some clothing experience, but it’s not essential…however a willingness to learn is!
