Our Area Managers are fully accountable for their areas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, and joining a team of 17 Area Managers, you will be responsible for the running of our stores across Ireland. Your key responsibilities will be to maximise store sales and profitability, focusing on operational and customer service standards, as well as building and developing a strong team through motivational leadership. Think of it like running your own small business!

Location; Somerset

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • Multi-site experience, in a fast-paced retail environment for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Fashion/clothing background is desired. 
  • Proven commercial success. Driving numbers, dynamic and forward thinking. 
  • Experience of building a succession plan. Comfortable with autonomy of running own business. 
  • Managing performance, working closely with store teams whilst helping them grow and a hit crucial KPI's
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills. Working close with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. 
  • Business review experience and strong analytical skills.
  • An ambassador for customer service
  • Highly motivated and energetic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
