Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating your team to reach their full potential.
- Coaching and mentoring your team members
- Driving customer service through team engagement and exceptional product knowledge
- Maximizing sales potential and profitability while driving KPIs
- Ensuring that company standards are met to the highest level.
- Overseeing visual merchandising and product launches

Requirements:
- Retail management experience from a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellence in people skills, including successful team leadership, development, and motivation.
- Strong organizational abilities, with time management being a core skill.
- A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction
- Proven commercial success and awareness.
- Understanding of the significance of compelling visual merchandising
- Awareness of local and competitor markets
- Experience in clothing (preferred but not required)
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
