Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to reach their full potential.
  • Coaching and mentoring your team members
  • Driving customer service through team engagement and exceptional product knowledge
  • Maximizing sales potential and profitability while driving KPIs
  • Ensuring that company standards are met to the highest level.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising and product launches

Requirements:

  • Retail management experience from a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in people skills, including successful team leadership, development, and motivation.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with time management being a core skill.
  • A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction
  • Proven commercial success and awareness.
  • Understanding of the significance of compelling visual merchandising
  • Awareness of local and competitor markets
  • Experience in clothing (preferred but not required)
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
