After our incredible success in Canada, North America, Europe and New Zealand, it makes sense we’re now opening stores in Australia!

We're thrilled to announce our plans to open five stores by the end of 2025. To ensure the success of this expansion, we need a number of experienced Retail Managers in the Melbourne area who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our role out in Australia.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – MOORABBIN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with your Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Promote teamwork, encourage engagement, and supporting a unified approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Be a keen advocate for training and development. Provide support to ensure colleagues excel in their roles.
  • Support your Store Manager in the successful delivery of daily tasking, store operations, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor effective visual merchandising as well as adopting a high level of housekeeping to enhance the colleague & customer shopping experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain and strengthen our dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • Management experience within a retail environment is essential, clothing experience is preferred.
  • Passionate about retail and demonstrates that passion every day through leadership and customer service.
  • Assistant managers often need to make decisions quickly. Having good judgment and making informed decisions is crucial.
  • Takes initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Content in setting objectives and monitoring development.
