You'll be working on a range of exciting projects across multiple platforms, contributing to the visual identity of our brand, and helping shape the future of our design team.

Hybrid: 3 days in the London, Victoria office and 2 days from home

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Design Manager on various products, including outerwear, casual clothing, and placement graphics.
  • Design all-over prints (AOP) each season for Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, and Hardgoods departments at Mountain Warehouse.
  • Research and present print direction to Management and Directors.
  • Work with the Senior Print Designer to develop and present seasonal color palettes.
  • Partner with buying teams to create commercially viable printed products.
  • Serve as the primary contact for buying teams, overseeing amendments, strike-offs, and ad hoc requests.
  • Manage and mentor a Junior Print Designer.
  • Deadline driven and agility to manage fast paced critical path

What We’re Looking For:

  • A designer with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ready to present to upper management and directors, showcasing the teams amazing designs. 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Someone who thrives on collaboration, but is also confident working independently.
  • A passion for design and a desire to grow and develop your skills over time.
