Overview

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join the digital marketing team in our London office. You will be responsible for implementing and managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to effectively reach our target audience and achieve business objectives.


What you'll be doing

  • Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc., ensuring they are optimized for performance and budget efficiency.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Utilize audience targeting tools and insights to identify and reach relevant demographics, interests, and behaviours to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, reach etc., analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign variables to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

We'd love to meet someone with

  • 2+ years of Paid Social experience.
  • Experience of working with ecommerce brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
